Originally Linked Jewelry by Originally Grace is not responsible for any lost or broken jewelry. If your jewelry breaks within 30 days after purchasing and you still have the chain it can be re-welded for no cost.
If the chain breaks within 30 days of purchase and is lost, you will receive 30% off of a replacement chain of the same value as the chain you purchased.
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final at the time the chain is cut.
